I use Panasaonic RP91 with my 10HT. It works perfectly with very smooth and still picture. Price??? I bought 500 USD a year ago, maybe now it is much lower, it is worth to check it out..

The panasonic XC30 can be had for less that $200 delivered. It has been rated as having one of the best pictures out there, regardless of price. The XC50 is the same player plus DVD-A.

i found the Sony progressive players to very good to excellent in progressive mode, they may have there faults but for the price you will not be disappointed. good luck

I use the Pioneer Elite DV-37 with excellent results. I've run interlaced and progressive with the Sony running DRC and without and the best combo seems to be letting the DV-37 feed the 10ht a progressive signal.


The DV-47 has the same guts with SACD and DVD audio for under $400 on ebay. Used 37s are running $250.
