If you had to choose between these 5, which would you choose and why? Looking for a TV to go in the bedroom, gets some light, to the backside of the TV.

None of 'em. I'd get the $2499 RCA HD50LP162 at Best Buy.

Much better deal and it has a built-in tuner.
I'd get the Samsung 5663 since it is larger than the others (bigger is better) or the Samsung 5085 since it has the HD2+ chip (the other Samsungs have the HD3 chip). I prefer Samsung over Tosh or RCA since they have more experience in DLP technology, and I'm also concerned about RCA reliability.
Get the Samsung 5085. Or the Samsung 5674 if you can find it. Both of these sets have the HD2+ chip.
The Toshiba's are the better sets of this group by far, in my opinion. However, everyone's eyes have a different opinion. I would suggest checking out this weekend's sale at Onecall on several of these models. Significantly less than the pricing on your link. I would really suggest you check out the Toshiba 52HM94 which has the built-in HD tuners with the cablecard slot packaged with a Symbio HD recorder thrown in for substantially under the price you are showing for just the lower-end Toshiba models on your link. Good Luck with whatever you finally chose:)
Have you considered the Panasonic? Very nice picture on the HD2+ chip. Just throwing that out there since not many places carry them and you might not have seen it.
Samsung HLR5688w - 1080P is supposed to debut in the next month with 5,000:1 CR Ratio - Generation 5 DLP Chip.

See following site for list of upcoming DLP's and Plasma's and Samsung has a number of 1080P Units with high contrast. Referral is for comparisons only and to create awareness a number of updates are on the horizon from numerous company's.

runninhorn,

You never mentioned how far you will be from the TV. That could have an impact on the size you choose.

They are showing the 5688 esitmated to be end of February, well, that is right now. Lets only hope this is true.

I want this tv BAD. I move into our new home March 14th and would love to move this set in on the same day.

The MSRP is $4,999. 188camcorders.com is advertising $4765 currently.
I saw the 1080P DLP RP's in the TI booth at CES this year and have to say that they were incredible. Could not tell the difference between them and the $13K Qualia.

Well, there is no way it is 5,000 to 1 however I would say it has to look promising as far as a big, bright display for the money is concerned.
