Im having trouble choosing between the Pioneer VSX-9040TXH and the yamaha RX-V863. Will be paired with polk audio rti8, csi5 and rti6. mostly for movies, games and some music. I can get both for the basically the same price. Any input from any owners or anybody with advice wound be appreciated.

The Pioneer 9040 is an Elite VSX-21 clone. The specs are the same as the Elite 21, but it does not have the Elite faceplate and has 1 year less warranty.
