I want to know which RADEON driver provide the highest PQ possible for playing DVD under WinXP?

Do I need to use the latest official driver everytime ?

Maybe someone had some testing about these RADEON driver.

Looking to hear your experience.

________The 6025 drivers are generally considered the driver of choice for DVD under XP at this time.

Right now I use official 6071 driver, I guess I must uninstall it and switch to 6025.(like your advice)

But before I switch again to 6025, I want to hear more opinions.

I guess I dont need the latest RADEON driver when next time it release

:D.

Anyway thanks for your advice.

That's what i thought too because i really didn't see any difference in PQ when i upgraded driver from 6025 to 6043.

I've tried both 6025 and 6071 for my 7200. For some reason, the 6071 worked better for me with PowerStrip. I could select 1360x768 on the 6025 through the Radeon menu, but could not, for the life of me, get 1360x768 to work from PowerStrip. It was driving me mad until I went to the Radeon dialog to set it up. I was pretty happy, but loaded the 6071 drivers Friday. No more 1360X768 from the Radeon dialog, but PowerStrip now sets up 1360x768 just fine, and the picture looks great!
