Hi There, this is my first step into decent audio.

i've got a Denon 1910 AVR, 4 MA R90's, MA R225HD and a MA R360HD sub.

i'm after decent cables as i want to do the system justice, but as i'm new to this game i don't want to go overboard. QED silver anniversary, and QED sub cables have been suggested which will cost quite a bit, however if the set up demands this level of cabling i will invest.

Are there cheaper cables avalible which would complement the set up?

Search is your friend

but I get to the point buy your cables from monoprice.com ....there is not SQ difference that you will ever notice so do not waste money.

If you want a little more quality build (Same SQ!) then BlueJeanCables.com

There are probably over 100 threads on this site asking the same question. Its easy to find the answers.

QED is complete snake oil, they do not alter, improve, change the sound. A cable from monoprice.com is a fraction of the $$$ and has the same performance.

For totally transparent high current transfer and low propagation delay, for speaker cables I would use 14 gauge outdoor extension cords from Lowe's or HD with the plugs cut off or low volt lighting cable.

Yes I am serious.
