Which speaker wire connectors do I need?

I'm about to upgrade my speaker wires and I went to Better Cables to order but it asks whether I want pin, spade or bannana connectors. My speakers and receiver have standard screw binding posts. So which type of connector do I need or will any of them work?

And are there advantages or disadvantages to the different connectors?
