I have the Kanam case from Digital Connection. I'm wondering what's the best software (freeware) out there to use with the VFD. I've tried Smartie and it doesn't work that well. I tried to put a shortcut of smartie in my "Startup" folder so that it starts automatically everytime Windows start, but I got this promt that driver not initiated or something.
I have no problem when launching Smartie manually.
Anyway, Smartie website is gone, and I need something less buggy. According to this forum, Smartie is full with bugs. Also, can my VFD do the one shown in the second picture, the one which say "Bt-Tech.net, say cheese!"? It's very graphic like instead of LED look.
