I may have to install quite a few of these units soon, and I am starting the research now. The installs may require, heck most likely will be all digital signal path.... So, which units have a working DVI port that supports mapping, and that works properly?

When I had my Sharp 10k, I had no problems running it via DVI 1:1 in PC mode with my WinXP HTPC (Radeon 7500). True 1:1 going by the Windows desktop, which was pixel-perfect. No tearing or judder during DVD watching.

This is true for the Infocus 7200 as well. Going through DVI on a Radeon 7500 card, and the screen fills out perfectly on the "native" setting.

I am amazed, too, at the improvement in PQ on this projector when using a HTPC and Radeon card, all native resolution, instead of my Sony DVD player.

Thanks for the replies!

Anyone!... on the Marantz unit? I mean, the install may go as high as 60 units! I'd hate to choose the wrong one...... Of course I'm going to be taking a look at every single one of them. How's the Yamaha? Anyone?

Barco? Dwin? Runco?
