I am now able to play MyHD .ts files in interlaced resolutions with the Catylist 4.1 driver, but I get a white line at the bottom of the screen using both Onair HD and Zoomplayer with the Sasem filters. I can use the arrow down to get rid of it in ZP but not in Onair. Anyone know what causes this?

It's those evil computers that cause this, because 1080i isn't really 1080 lines, but 1088 lines (because it has to be divisable by 16). So those white lines are the eight extra lines. If there is some sort of crop feature available to use, you might want to use that.
