I used DVE to set the contrast and the brightness to 'protecting rptv from burn in levels'. However when watching the baseball games in HD on fox the last few days and watching American Chopper in HD I noticed that the whites are much brighter than what was set using the DVE dvd. Even setting the contrast level to absolute minimum in the user menu didn't help much. Are bright whites normal for HD or would this have to be addressed with I get this thing ISFed when it gets broken in?
