My major question is whether they are authorized dealers. If not, Denon will not support the warranty if you buy from them!

They are definately on the Denon not supported list, however they claim that for warranty claims you send the unit back to them and they will have Denon fix it. Not sure if they have to pay Denon for this service or not.

This place sounds really sketchy. In other words, I would personally never purchase from them. There is no "about us" link or "general info" link. The site has merchandise links only. Also, from their site:

Our sale hours are Mon to Fri from 11:00AM to 6PM EST. Due to high volume of telephone calls. Please leave voice mail.
11-6? Those are not store hours, meaning that it is most likely a home based business. And leaving a voicemail? That is totally unacceptable.

Thanks
I'm sure you will get the 2910 from them. The problem is it could be a refurbished unit instead of a new one, and you could be totally stuck if it breaks.

NO WAY I would buy it from them. You read horror stories here every day from people that bought from unauthorized dealers to save a little cash, then pay through the teeth with problems.

Yes, they would ship the unit. If they didn't you could stop payment on your credit card. The problem is (say) a year from now it breaks. And they make you ship it back and a month or so goes by and then you call them and get their recording and leave a message; then another month goes by... What would you do? Can't call Denon. See the problem?
