i love the image quality i get with TT 2.06. Great Scaling and Great de-interlacing.

I currently have it set up with VRM9 with dxva+ hardware decoding.

however i play the same dvd with my MCE front end and i see jagged lines (bad de-interlacing)

Im confused by this becuse they both use the same decoder (Nvidia 4.0.67.0)

Can anyone think of why this happens or anyway to fix it.

My deinterlacing is set to "auto" not "smart"

I have also tried to the newest 1.02-150 decoder and have the same results.

I do not have ffdshow turned on

* edit * guess i should give a little system background:

There is a patch for bad scaling in MCE. When installed on my system it made the edges look much better.

Look for hotfix KB891220 on microsoft website.

There is a thread regarding this hotfix. But I can not post links yet.
