I thought they're supposed to be far more conservative on energy than the CRT counterpart, but not really.


With a power meter, it's drawing 160W, which is more than my 21" 4:3 CRT.

wow, you have three 60w lightbulbs going....i wouldnt cosider that very

much power consumption for a tv...geez maybe youll see a dollar extra

in your electric bill.
