By the way, I called the local Best Buy store today and they said they don't have plans now to sell the CT500. Maybe the box stores prefer selling just the more inexpensive models.

Why is the Sony HT-CT500 not in stores?
Why am I not seeing the Sony HT-CT500 in retail stores yet? Also, I've haven't seen it listed at the online stores of Walmart, Best Buy, etc...
