I'm in the process of finalizing some purchases for a HT. I'm planning on a 720p DLP FP and hooking it to an upconverting DVD player. Receiver will probably be a Denon 3805. I'm looking to get the best upconversion as possible. Was thinking about a HTPC but may be more hassle than it's worth. Also wanted the DVD-A and SACD capabilities. I've been eyeing the 2910 as a good price point. Question is, is there any reason not to buy it (particularly given my intended setup)?

At that price point, it probably comes down to the 2910 and a new Yamaha (S2500) which should be coming out right about now. For more $$, the 3910 and Pioneer 59ai will give you better audio and slightly better PQ.
