Multipath (bounced signals) causing your best signal to be received off-axis from the actual direction of the towers. Hills, trees buildings and other large objects can all cause multipath.


Another possibility is that the database for your address is wrong.

Use the mapping tool on the TVFool site for more accurate location entry.

Drag the red map marker directly over your house, using the satellite view.

Then, click "Make Radar Plot" for a list of channels & directions.


However, I doubt it would be off by 34°.

Make sure you are using your steet address and not your Zip code with TV-Fool.

Also you could have some magnectic object or hill near your compass or in your pockets which is causing the direction to be distorted.
