Can someone tell me if the Panasonic Showstopper will pass a S-video signal when the unit is off? I have the RCA DTC100 and it only has one S-video output. I'm hoping it will pass its signal through the Panasonic to the tv without turning it on. thanks, joe

No, there is no pass through when the unit is off. The Replay-branded unit is the same. Both units will only output signals from the decoder (even in "live mode", you're still watching an encoded-decoded signal) and neither have a by-pass of any kind.
