Has anyone seen a device that either uses 802.11b or Bluetooth that will enable wireless distribution of a HDTV signal? Ive got a specific application where this will be necessary to transmit a signal wirelessly about 40 feet.

Any help would be appreciated.

There have been a few threads about this, but people have used 802.11a or -g to do this, not the slower -b.

These standards aren't perfect, since they're optimized for data transmission, not broadcast (which requires a constant stream, else you suffer dropouts).

There is a company called Magis Networks that is making a chipset that can simultaneously transmit 4 or 5 HDTV streams; check them out at www.magisnetworks.com. Air5 is their chipset. They have told me that we can expect to see their chipsets in other companies' products in time for Christmas.
