A friend of mine wants to join theonline community of Live gamers but doesn't want to shell out $100 for the wireless adapter.

He lives in a town house and isn't able to move his internet connection.

Is there any way to connect the 360 to his notebook and network wirelessly to his router?

If so, what all is needed and how is it done?

you need at least xp pro, and just enable connection sharing, i did this for a short stint two years ago or so.

Any way to do it with Vista? If so, any tutorials or info...?

you can use some of the info from the jake luddington link, though that applies to xp...

you may also find some info here, though it's all the same principle.

Thanks looks like we have it runnin...

Now we have a new problem.

He has an old arcade with a 64m card. He can't connect without updating but he needs 128m of free space.

I went on XBOX.com and entered his serial/console ID for the memory upgrade but it says the numbers don't match??? (They are both right)

Anyone else have any trouble with the memory upgrade?
