Wiring solutions for an apartment.

I want to install a dish on my balcony, the only problem is my TV room is all the way across the apartment from the balcony, and I don't want to have wires running across the whole apartment.


Is there any kind of wireless transmitter/receiver solution for sending the signal from the dish to the room where the TV is??
