So how to fix this?

I tried setting up TV again, I tried getting the guide data again.

At the Windows desktop, right click the clock (bottom right of your screen) and select "adjust date/time".

Hi, yes its fixed.

Funny the guide data took a while to straighten out after setting date and time to correct value.

This am looked and it is all like it should be.
