I have been unable to receive their signal using a Radio Shack indoor antenna, although I've been checking UHF 30 every day. It seems odd to me, since they are closer to my home than some of the DC channels and certainly closer than the Baltimore ones.

Try UHF 57. It maps out to NVC and NVT.

I did get all four channels of WNVT on 30 this morning.

You know what, I tried UHF 30 and I saw activity on there too. It wasn't strong enough for me to tune in though.
