I just bought 6 aura pro bass shakers from Parts Exress and am looking for an amp to run them. Should I get a subwoofer amp to run them? Would the 250 watt amp for 128.00 be sufficient? They have to versions of this amp one with a "bass boost" which considering the application may be worth having. Thanks for the input.

PartsExpress still has Bass Shaker Pros? I thought they sold out of them a couple weeks ago. Did you order the regular shakers?


250W is more than sufficent, Bass Shaker Pros need about 50W. Regular shakers about 25w ea.


You don't need an amp with bass boost... running the shakers at 50% power is often provides more than enough shaking power

I saw your post a few days ago saying that they were out of the pros. I thought I had missed my opportunity. Luckily there is a local parts express here in Dayton that had some left so I bought the last 6.
