WPVI - Philly - 2 channels mapped to 6-3?

As much as I would like to see channel 6 use full bandwidth for HD programming on 6-1, I do check out the color radar on 6-3 when there is stormy weather. I noticed yesterday that when I tuned to 6-3, instead of saying "Normal Programming" the guide said something like "Stormtracker 6 Color Radar" but there was no programming. I found out by accident (by hitting the channel up button) that there is an additional 6-3 channel that has the radar on it, and the guide for that says "Normal Programming".

Any ideas on why this is happening? FYI - I have a D* Sammy 360 receiver.
