I have a ws-55313 It is awesome! I have very weak or washed out red and green. I have not done any cleaning yet. I am trying to determine what steps to take to isolate the problem. I have purchased the the remote and gone thru all the service adjustments I was going to take it apart and try a cleaning. If that doesnt work I was wondering whether I have 2 bad guns or a pcb issue.

Surely doesn't sound as it's a "cleaning" issue.

How is the gray scale? have you looked through the 'sticky' at the top of the page yet?
