I am looking to buy functional Bash 750W amp for SVS PB13Ultra sub. There got to be some laying around from those that upgraded to Sledge amp.
This is actually harder to find than you might suspect.

If the BASH amp is functioning, we advise customers to keep running it, as the max output differences between the BASH 750 and the Sledge 1000 are not that great (may 1.5 dB on average).

If the BASH amp has failed (which won't be of any use to you), customers do move ahead with the Sledge 1000 replacement.

I have contacted CSR and was offered Sledge 1200 as a replacement for my PB13Ultra. Are you saying Sledge 1000 is an option as well?
I am not surprised Bash amps are hard to find. Most of them have failed by now. 4 amplifier failures for 2 Subs I have (2 per sub).

Since the 13-Ultra is out of production - we may not have any 1000D amps currently in stock.

Another option is to install some insulated binding posts on some open space of the BASH plate and then use an external amp (like a QSC, Crown, Behringer). If you want to customize functionality with a high/low pass filter, PEQs, etc. a miniDSP 2x4 ahead of the amp is a good choice.
