Just happened to try ch.17 this morning and there was WYIN-DT, signal has faded down now in the late morning but was coming through at about 65% earlier. Video quality was not very good though. Some of you in south Chicago suburbs and N/W Indiana should be able to pick it up.

I'm getting 0-6 on the meter. I didn't think it was going to happen here but it's still a little disappointing.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll have to see what I get. I'm only 7 miles from their transmitter, and get it off the back of my UHF loop antenna, since I'm nearly directly between it and the chicago transmittters here.

My loop in the attic doesn't want to pick it up, it seems. Right now, I'm using a silver sensor about 3 feet off the ground, and I see 4 subchannels and 88-92% signal strength. WYIN-1, WYIN-2 and WYIN-3 all seem to be a mirror of the analog feed and 480i, and WYINHD right now is color bars at 480p.
