I'm receiving my X1 tomorrow and I'm a little confused as to how I can get 480p to the X1. Is the only way to do to run an S-video cable from my dvd player and have an s-video to VGA adaptor so I can use the 480p capability of the VGA connection on the X1?

Thanks.

Perhaps I've asked the wrong question?

What connection should I use to get the best picture quality out of my Infocus X1 projector? As far as I know, and I may be wrong, if I use the component video connection I can only get 480I. And the only Input on the X1 that takes the progressive scan is the the VGA connection.
