I when was Flashing firm 4,3 in my x1, the pc turn off in the file TsunamiHE_v23_Bootcode and now the projector does not ignite and the PC not connect with x1. exists solution?

I have tried this theards but the PC does not recognize the X1 and the Flashusb1.6 always puts "waiting for new connection". x1 ignites because the ventilator turns but the green LED does not ignite. Can I reflash x1 other way??MY x1 is young to die, only 300h.


please help!!!!!!.

When you attempted this the second time did you remember to depress the two keystone keys when you turn on the PJ?

And keep holding those buttons down as you power up.


Hugh makes a good point. Double check each move and read the detailed instructions Technut gave in one of the links I provided.

Have you tried unplugging the X1 alltogether? Then once you have had it unplugged for a minute, hold down the two buttons while you flip the switch.


Just a suggestion since cold booting sometimes helps most electronics...

Yes, I have tried all.

I believe that the file tsumaniHE_bootcode is fundamental for that x1 and the PC communicates and my PC turn off when flash this file.


I want not think that my x1 is died...



please more help ....

I need to deceive the program flashusb so that it puts "connected" becouse I believe that the X1 is active to recive new flash, (but x1 does not send information to the PC by the previous bad flash and for this reason flashusb does not put "connected" ) I need some form brute force flash.

In one of the threads (I don't know if it was one I gave you or not) it seems that there was someone who had a problem very similar to yours.


You might do an extensive and complete search of all the pertinent threads.


Here is a cut and paste instruction I use whenever explaining the search area here at AVS. (The Search I speak of is on the top of the webpage [to the left of HT Marketplace], not the search just above the threads list.)


"Use the "crawler" setting in the lower left corner of the Search area as the default "faster" setting does very little and is not faster. There is an even more complete search option below the "crawler" setting (it says: "Use only if REALLY needed).



You might want to find someone who can help you if you feel your English isn't good enough to understand all this.

I do think your English is pretty good, though.


Keep at it - you'll get it.

I called the nº telephone (+34 91 401 9812)

that infocus page put in spanish service center but this telephone don`t exist.

I use crawler search now.


I continue trying it.

I have been looking for very posts and I dont find nothing similar to my problem, I have changed the windows registry but it does not obtain resultt. I had often changed firm without any problems but this time the pc turn off and my x1 is died.


i`m screwed, but i continue trying it.


Google as translator can be bad but is a good dictionary :)

I stand corrected. :) From this end you seem to be doing understandable English.

I have thought about taking x1 to service center of IBM because the ILV300 is same projector than x1, I hope to have luck.
