Xantech Distributed Audio and IPOD Docks

I have just completed construction of my new house and looking forward to firing up my Xantech MRAUDIO8X8 distributed audio system. I am looking for an IPOD Dock that can communicate with the Xantech system via Cat5 as well as send output video via RG6/S-Video to a small LCD television mounted on the wall in my kitchen next to one of my Xantech keypads. My Ipod dock will be located in the office. Ideally, I want to be able to scroll through playlist of my IPOD using the Xantech keypad while watching the menu on my kitchen LCD. Is this possible? Please help! Thank You.
