I think it would be wise for them to make the controllers wireless, but with ports on the controller and the console to use a wire if desired. |

Originally posted by sfb They definitely need to make a charging cradle for convenience. My logitech wireless controllers (the old and new models) eat batteries and it is a pain to continually change batteries. They also need to pick a different frequency so that cordless phones, baby monitors, microwave ovens, etc don't interfere. |
Originally posted by JData On average, how many hours/day do you play? Just curious. I have the Logictech wireless controllers for about 3 week and I average about 1-3 hours about every other day. The response seems fine so far. |
Originally posted by Blkout I agree and that's a very good suggestion. |

Originally posted by Blkout I agree, I've had my Logitech wireless controllers for my Xbox and PS2 for over 2 months now and not had to change the batteries even once yet. And that's with the vibration set to maximum level. I've been very impressed with the battery life of these controllers. |
I could see wireless happening, but with limited frequencies available and xbox lan parties really having taken off they will need something like a MAC address so that controllers don't interfere with each other, otherwise you'll have some unhappy LAN gamers. |
