I am considering purchasing a new TV and it has 420p and 1080i for supported resolutions. I have heard the the 360 will support 720p for certain, but what does that mean for me, should I buy a smaller tv that supports 720p or will 1080i work in HD mode for the 360? Im a newb to HD resolutions, upscaling and all that stuff, so please hold my hand and be gentle.

The TV I'm looking at is the Mitsubishi WS-65315

I just want to make sure that after I buy this TV I will be able to play Xbox 360 in good quality HD, not crappy 420....thanks!

That's good news, I was hoping I would be able to get a bigger TV and this one is the only one in my price range...I would have to get a much smaller tv in order to get 720p support. Thanks!
