Does anyone own both of these??? with a 1080p TV?

If your xbox 360 is set to 1080p via component and you go out the receiver via HDMI what signal do you get??? 1080i or 1080P???

Onkyo SR804 does not have enough component video bandwidth to support 1080p over component video connections. Its component video frequency response of 5hz-50Mhz is enough to support 1080i or 720p, but 1080p will need at least 62-63MHz.

HDMI is your only option for 1080p with SR804, but Xbox360 does not have HDMI. You will be able to get 1080p if you connect your TV directly to Xbox360 and use SR804 for audio only for this connection.

The Sony Pearl only excepts 1080p via the HDMI
