I just got a new 360 pro - Falcon Version for christmas.


I was playing the games it comes with and have had 2 different issues


Kung Fu Panda - The audio started repeating

Lego Indiana Jones - The whole system locked up.


The 360 is in an open error and in the vertical position.


Any ideas? Should I take it back and try and get a jasper?

Couple of things come to mind. I find it works better horizontally with discs. Secondly make sure the power brick has plenty of air. If the power brick gets too hot it will actually freeze the console.


Also, did you sign up for live? Because its possible that you may need to patch those games for issues such as lockup.


Lastly, if you really feel its the console and you have a way to return it for full cost by all means get another one.
