I have a key digital trancoder that sends RGB to my projector with the origonal Xbox. I know there is a vga cable available for the 360 but I was wondering if the trancoder would work cause I already have it... Thanks

It should work just fine with the 360. The original xbox was hd capable also so there shouldn't be a problem with the signal transfer.

This doesnt make sense. Why would you want a transcoder to covert a component signal to vga? With the original xbox you would need this because it wouldnt do vga natively. But the xbox360 does.

Instead of adding a step just get the vga cable.

I know it makes more sense to use the cable. I was asking if the transcoder would work. 40 bucks is 40 bucks.... Thanks
