xbox thru HDMI conversion

Im having an issue using a regular xbox on a mits projector thru a denon 2307ci receiver utilizing the HDMi upconversion.

Is the xbox outputing 480i or 480p


I am not familiar with the xbox and ive searched this site looking for the answer
