I have seen numerous posts of people including myself having issues with the Xbox360 dropping out audio via Dolby Digital optical every 2-3 seconds with live and recorded tv and divx files using Win7MC. There have also been a lot of issues with the network cutting out and giving the network connection issue error on Xbox360. Perhaps the fix for this is DRM related and all you have to do is install the latest Play Ready runtime located below. Will someone with these issues please install that runtime and see if it fixes those issues? If it does I will give Win7MC another try since it runs beautifully other then the extender issues.
