Hi folks,

need some help of the NEC specialists.

I have received the HV board of the XG135 which showed the HV board

Error code fd. I have checked the HV board for blown transistors could not find any. Before I move the whole unit, maybe there is some advise that can prevent this. Thanks for the help, need tubes one day,

call me.

Check for a cracked tube or shorted tube. Pull each red HV lead out one at a time and see if the other two fire up.

I've had that twice now.

thanks Curt,

as the projector has not been moved, it would mean one tube

has gone short circuit nirvana. I will try.
