starting my search for a HT receiver for my new (almost) finished basement.
so far my search has lead me towards two receivers, namely the Denon-790 or Onkyo 607. Both of these units are similar in the price i can get, slightly less than the CDN MSRP.
then i found the Yamaha 6250. analoug to HDMI upscaling by Anchor Bay (to 1080p, same chip as Denon-790), 4 HDMI inputs, 7.1 outputs.
All this, for $150 LESS than i can get the Denon or Onkyo.
what do you guys think of the Yamaha 6250???
