Yamaha RX-V1600 problem......

Whenever I change inputs with this receiver I get an annoying green screen sometimes with blue as well. It stays on the screen for a second or so until the selected input has came in. The receiver has never giving me a problem changing inputs but that is a very annoying and doesn't look very nice. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. This is the second 1600 I've had and they both had the same problem. Is there a fix, and if so please share it with me.
