Hello. I'm having trouble getting 5.1 material to play on my 7.1 system. I've had everything professionally installed and programmed into my Pronto. The sound has been programmed to default to THX Select on all sources, and it is clearly defined on all speakers except the back surrounds. When I do test tones they are working, but no matter what source material is used, nothing is played through them. Any ideas?

Try using Dolby prologic IIx over your source selected (ie. Dolby Digital, DTS)
