So I unplug my well working 3100HD box to hookup my new 8300HD and go through the widescreen thing and the next is all the 480i,480p,720p and 1080i. My system runs like this.1080i component video goes to a transcoder and converts it to SVGA to connect to my Dwin Transcanner's 15pin pass through. The 1080i looks like crap.I hookup the 3100 and all is fine.Whats the deal.
