You Tube TV

Ok, I'm trying to cut the cord and go to You Tube TV. Need some help.

I have a LG B7 4K HDCP 2.2. My Denon is old.... I was thinking of upgrading the Denon to match the HDCP 2.2 so I can get the real 4K resolution. My problem is being able to stream the You Tube TV app. I can get it on my TV, but from my research ARC, and using an Amazon Fire stick only stream 2 channel audio. I want surround sound for everything. I've seen some very expensive Blue Ray players that my have the app and HDCP 2.2. I'd rather not spend that....

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Doug

Apple 4k TV
Everything I have is Android..... I guess that's why I didn't even think about Apple TV.

I assume I'd plug this into the Denon then?

Thanks,
Doug
my Fire sticks do more than 2 channel

i would suggest the apple tv 4k player as you dont get full atmos streaming audio when using netflix on a android device more specifically the amazon fire stick 4k or any amazon fire stick product. I also dont know if youtube tv passes anything past 5.1 so you would want to check into that.

Why youtube tv? We use spotify and get a free hulu subscription along with amazon prime and netflix 4k service its covers all the content we need and more. That said we dont watch sports.

If your AV works and you dont need to upgrade sound formats to atmos why not just use a digital coaxial to send sound out from the tv to the AV for just powering the speakers. Most modern tv's can have the apps local to the tv or get the above mentioned apple tv 4k. I heard decent things about the roku box but the apple tv is also the fasts of all the products I reviewed. If you do want to upgrade AV I think the best denon on the market now for the money is easily the x3600 has 9 channel amp and can power 11 speakers for a full atmos setup. It also has the newest HDMI which i dont believe any of the other denon modles have it yet. You may want to ask this question in the AV receiver section also

I recommend a television with 8k resolution at the present time, you will not have to upgrade it in the future :D:D:D:D
