[Fish Tank]

Hey kids,


I have my 1HD hooked up to a battery backup (which I would suggest to all - when a brownout occurs, it allows the fan to keep cooling the bulb). I switched backups and it was unplugged for a while a few weeks ago. The lamp hour counter now shows 21 hours. If I do the math in my head, it's a hell of a lot more than that, and from what I remember, was higher than that before.


So, my question is whether the counter resets after unplugging (which makes no sense if one carts it around to different places), or whether there's a ghost in the machine. No I didn't accidentally hit "reset" in the menu ;-)

The answer to your question is NO.


I've moved my Z1 arround several times (Taken it to Holidays, shows etc etc) and the counter is still counting......

So it's a ghost in the machine then. I'll turn it off on a few more times (with an unplug), and see what happens.
