Zen 520 - Does this sound kosher?

I just came from CC and wanted to ask a question before I bought. The salesman told that they are discontinuing the 520 and he would sell me the display model as an open box item for $399. One is this a good deal and what do I need to look for?

Also, he told me that the installation was not free but you got a mail in rebate for $100 from D* for the installation and he said that there was a mail in rebate from Zenith for $100 as well. He said with the rebates and the purchase of the elliptical dish that it would cost about $315 w/ tax.

What do you think?

Also, does the 520 up convert to 1080i if watching regular sat channels and locals?

Can't comment on the DTV deal but that is a very good price on the 520. I got a display model from CC in March 2003 for $550. If your getting the whole package including dish and install for $315, what are you waiting for man!

Thats all I needed to hear! I just wanted to make sure I was doing a smart thing. Some times I'm to impulsive and I go out and get something later to read it sucks.
