I sold my 47" 1st gen Panny for $700. I am presently renting a 57" Zenith . WOW its big!! If you put a gun to myn head I would have to say after 2 nites of viewing-- the Panny may have had a better pic. Now-- question1-- do RPTV's have any kind of "break-in" period?? I am looking to save the $700, add about $400 more and get a Mitsubishi 48". They are selling one at BB for $1198--with a DVI. My whole reason for this move was to get a dvi input. I have VOOM, COMCAST and DISH 811--all with dvi and me with no input!!! I tried them all in the Zenith--here's the deal: Comcast--no picture// VOOM- nice picture; a tad off center/// and Dish--very nice ESPECIALLY the standard def channels!! As I write this I may give VOOM another DVI shot-- there is 40 hd channels, ya know!
