I just activated this reciever and I am experiencing some pixelation is what I guess its called, something like that. Its on the HD and the regular DirecTV stations too. I was hoping someone could tell me what the latest software version was for this box. Alrighty then.

The current software version is 1.04. The previous was 0.80.

I doubt your "pixelation" is a firmware problem, but ya never know.

What is it connected to and how?

I have the box hooked up to DirecTV with 3lnb dish and also an OTA antenna. I have the 0.80 firmware and its been hooked up since yesterday and I dont show any updates coming just yet. I have two other recievers hooked up to the same dish and they dont have this problem. I'm going to give it till Monday and then I'll probably return the box.

Mrcooldu4, what type of connection to your display and what type of display? What resolutions are you sending out? Please give more info
