I'm thinking about getting either:


1; Zoltrix Genie TV Combo Card


or


2; Zoltrix GENIE WONDER PRO


I'm leaning towards the first since it's cheaper and since the MPEG2 recording of the "pro" is software (and I have my own software.


My main goal is to get an input to capture some video tapes I have and to capture some TV (no high def).


Ideas?

Other tv cards you think are better?

The Genie TV works fine for me with S-vhs inoput and dscaler.


I have not used it with sound. I use it for direct tv.

KBK (Ken Hotte, Goo Systems screen paint man) modded Zoltrix TV cards for sale at $140 with great raves and reviews. Standard Zoltrix is OK too but nothing great. Iomagic is cheaper if you were to go with a cheaper card ($40 at CompUSA locally or on-line)
