Are you using vmr9 ?

If you use overlay is the problem still there.

The queue is a bit of a speed boost, but it's not nessessary.

no. i'm using overlay on a Panasonic plasma 37pv60. Also I tried vmr9 (windows, windowsless, and without rendering) but doesn't work.

I've an hyperthreading cpu maybe the queued option is important.

thanks.

'Queue output samples' was built for dual core cpu's.

Not hyper threading cpu's.

It might not even help hyper threading cpu's, the coder who built it isn't sure.
