Zoomplayer widescreen resolution scaling problem

177 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  Blight
When i run 920x520 desktop, and i play vcd/mpeg1 files in zoomplayer, it will "cut off" the top and bottom of the image and fill the screen horizontally, so that aspect ratio is right, but much of the image is gone. Only time it will display correctly mpeg1 are when those black bars are part of the image, so that the 'zoom' will only remove the bars.

I tried all the aspect ratio settings, most of them didn change anything, and those who did, only screwed up the aspect ratio (which was the only thing that was right in the first place)

Any way to correct this?

You may want to disable the setting that forces only a vertical scale in fullscreen mode... (on the Options / Aspect Ratio dialog).
